ONLY BELIEVERS PLEASE?

Okay so I was. In my room the other day and I was home alone and I saw something in my closet while. I was listening to music. I looked and there where two red eyes and a black mass. I blinked and it was gone. So then I was getting something to eat and my dogs where cowaring behind me. They wouldn't go anywhere near my room. Anyways so I was laying in the living room watching tv when there was a HUGE crashing sound in my room. I ran in and there was the figure again but this time it didn't go away. I was frozen solid, I could not move. Then I have a shelf on my wall and it came right for me. It was on two nails and it was secure and it just flew off coming right at me. I ran outside and I ran two miles with my dogs to my friends house. It happened within like, 3 hrs all together. Do yo believe it was a ghost or demon or polterguiest? Please help!
