I need some help here please.?

I have pain in my both groin, it comes and goes, I also have burping problems, I burp a lot. I have kissed a girl about a month ago, I am not sure if her mouth was bleeding , my mouth was not bleeding , however, I had a very slight sore in my throat. the pain started about 10 days after we kissed, but the pain was not sever at all. About a week ago the pain increased suddenly , though still not sever, do you think this pain related to Sexually Transmitted Disease? we have kissed about 30 days ago.
