In this situation was it okay I resorted to violence?

Im 14 years old and yesterday i was riding my bike down main street in my town. I rode by a kid siting with his family and he yelled at me F**k you fat a**. I turned around and nailed him in the face with my fist pretty hard. I got mad cuz im kinda fat but i lost 20 lbs in the past month so im not that bad anymore. Was it ok to teach that kid a lession he was my age.
