Do I have HIV from receiving oral sex?

I met this guy he's gay im straight and we ended up pleasuring each other. I touched his thing and he touch mine, I ask him if he could suck my thing, he sucked it like less than 5 seconds. He did not swallow my semen, I did not also and that't it. If he has HIV could i be like get infected. It's already 6 months prior to that regretful night I have made. I have OCD and sever phobia of getting HIV.
