Help! i jammed my toe nail may fall off!? answer ASAP!?

I had a deck fall on my big toe, a lot of the skin on the tip of my toe came off, it bled everywhere and I think my nail became unattached. We cleaned it with water and peroxide. Then wrapped it with gauze and its setting on ice. But I don't know what to do with it in a few hours tonight or tomorrow!! I don't think it needs a doctor but some guidance would be greatly accepted! Best A!!
