Does anyone have a 24/7 minecraft freebuild server willing to make someone an op to make projects?

I really really need a 24/7 free build sever than i can be an op in to spawn items for my projects. I also need people to help me my next project is going to be. Atlantis from the chain of shows startgate and specifically the show SG-A which is the 2nd show of the chain Stargate Atlantis.
